Worship begins at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. We are a multi-generational body of believers with a blended style of worship, using the best of the old with the best of the new to lead people in their expression of praise.. We joyfully invite you to worship with us. Bible Study follows Worship at 10:15 a.m.
Childrens Ministry and Youth Ministry entry point is Wednesday night. Children start with games and free time in the CLC Gym at 5:30 p.m. and then divide to age graded groups until 7:00 p.m. when parents may pick them up in the main foyer.
Youth Ministry starts upstairs with free time in the 2nd Floor Youth Room at 5:30 p.m. Youth continue their weekly gathering with worship songs in large group and then split to discipleship groups where they study the Bible in smaller groups.
Adults on Wednesday meet in the Conference Room on the first floor with Bro. John in discussion based Bible Study. Adult Bible study and prayer meeting starts at 6:00 p.m.
Sunday School is on Sunday at 10:15 a.m. and is the discipleship and personal growth arm of our church. We can call it Small Group, Bible Study, DGroup or Sunday School - but it's all the same - the time when we discuss the Bible in a smaller, more accountable discipleship group.
Men's Bible Study on Tuesday nights at 6:00 p.m. is open to everyone. Currently, we are discussing Greg Laurie's Start to Follow book on discipleship.
Women's Bible Study meets on Monday evenings and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. Mondays are open to all ladies, and the Wednesday gathering is especially geared for mothers who bring their children to Childrens Ministry at FBC.
FBC is involved in several ways in our city and around our region:
Room In The Inn is a overnight housing mission that takes in transient folks that do not have a place to stay during the coldest months of the year. We provide two hot meals, showers, and a bed to sleep in. Members are involved with cooking, overnight chaperones and rides to and from the pick up spot.
Operation Christmas Child is a ministry of Samaritan's Purse. Our church packs shoeboxes with hygiene and clothing needs with a toy and a gospel tract. The boxes are sent around the world. In 2018, FBC packed 2,099 boxes and they were sent to Togo.
FBC provides a monthly meal for the kids at Franklin Boys & Girls Club and interacts with the children while are there. Jesus loves the little children!
